Welcome to CFI’s monthly lecture and movie night series!

This month Nicole Currivan will present Atheism and Non-belief:  Using Psychology to Reduce the Stigma.  Nicole is the branch organizer for CFI-Pittsburgh and the organizer of Pittsburgh Secular Freethinkers, a group that has more than tripled in size to over 700 members during her tenure.  She has over a decade of professional experience in clinical and research psychology, with an M.S. in Professional Counseling.  Her specializations include trauma psychology as it applies to grief and sexual assault, motivational interviewing, and humanistic approaches to counseling.  This talk was really well received at the 2012 PA State Atheist/Non-Believer Conference.

See you there!

P.S.  We usually head to Ali Baba’s on nearby Craig Street at 5:30 p.m. for a pre-lecture or pre-movie dinner. Please leave a comment below if you are coming to dinner so we can include you in the reservation. Thanks!
